Haynes Bridge Tunnel - Alpha Loop​

The Haynes Bridge Tunnel is an important piece to the City of Alpharetta’s vision for their Alpha Loop Trail system. The tunnel under Haynes Bridge will connect the Alpha Loop from the Northwinds Summit Development and Lakeview Tech 360 Development. The Alpha Loop will then continue south to eventually connect to the Big Creek Greenway at Encore Parkway and North Point Parkway. The CID approved funding for the tunnel design in March of 2022. The City of Alpharetta plans to construct the tunnel using funding from the Parks bond that passed in Fall of 2021.

 

The North Fulton CID, in partnership with the City of Alpharetta, has opened a Request for Qualifications for the design of the Haynes Bridge Tunnel.
