$6.8 MILLION AVAILABLE IN CID BUDGET

While this year’s Fulton County tax digest came in slightly higher than expected, the North Fulton CID is taking a conservative approach to its accounting, reported the CID’s accountant, Jim Stevens, at its Sept. 7th board meeting. Through 2014, the North Fulton CID will generate more than $12 million in revenue, with nearly half of that already committed to infrastructure improvements for North Fulton. An additional $6.8 million is available in the CID budget for the District to leverage into future improvements for the CID. “Our projects are coming in under budget and on schedule,” said Ann Hanlon, chief operating officer. “The CID is really making an impact.”
