North American Properties’ Tim Perry Elected to North Fulton Community Improvement District Board of


ALPHARETTA, Ga., Sept. 11, 2013 – At its September board meeting, the North Fulton Community Improvement District (CID) elected Tim Perry of North American Properties to its board of directors.

Having been involved in more than $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions throughout his career, Perry brings a wealth of knowledge to the CID board and has played an active role in North Fulton since 2003. Perry is the director of investments at North American Properties and has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in acquisitions, complex capital structuring and repositioning of assets.

“The CID has had a tremendous impact on North Fulton, making it a more valuable and vibrant place for residents, businesses and visitors alike,” said Perry. “The CID board works diligently to ensure the right projects are identified and completed, and I look forward to joining this group of leaders and becoming a part of the process.”

A graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn., Perry holds a bachelor’s degree in business. He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, a member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
