Chris Bearden and Greg Chapin Join the North Fulton CID Board of Directors

The North Fulton Community Improvement District (CID) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its board of directors. Chris Bearden, corporate real estate coordinator at UPS, was elected to the Post 5 seat, while Greg Chapin, Asset Manager at Equus Capital Partners, will serve as the representative for Post 6. Both representatives were confirmed during the October board of directors meeting.

“We look forward to having Chris and Greg on our Board of Directors,” said Brandon Beach, CID Executive Director. “Their dedication to this community combined with their respective backgrounds will serve as valuable assets to our board and thus to the community.”

Greg Chapin has worked with Equus Capital Partners for 11 years. Prior to that he served as the CFO for Legacy Property Group. He received his bachelor’s in business administration and accounting from California State University. Chapin’s commercial operating management experience brings additional expertise to the North Fulton CID’s board of directors.

Chris Bearden is a former board member of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce and has worked for UPS for 35 years. He has served UPS in several roles including director of the UPS Supply Chain Solution Real Estate Department and director of the UPS Region Real Estate Department. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville.
