North Fulton CID Board Approves Millage Rate for 2020

On Tuesday, August 4, The North Fulton Community Improvement District (CID) Board of Directors set its millage rate at 3 mills for the 2020 calendar year. The millage rate has been set at 3 mills since the CID’s inception in 2003 and is one of the lowest in the metro Atlanta area. The millage rate is the number of dollars of tax assessed for each $1,000 of property value. Therefore, a rate of 3 mills means $3 in tax is levied on every $1,000 in assessed value. The North Fulton CID is steadfast in its mission to enhance the community for residents and improve the quality of life for businesses, employees, and property owners while being fiscally responsible.
