Leadership North Fulton Recognizes 2021 Graduate Alex Battle

The North Fulton Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc. will recognize Alex Battle in the 2021 cohort of Leadership North Fulton graduating on June 29, 2021. Leadership North Fulton (LNF) identifies and develops leaders in the North Fulton area by promoting community awareness, instilling civic responsibility, and building relationships.

The program year began in-person in September 2020. Even through a challenging year, participants learned about key regional elements such as economic and workforce development, education, healthcare, technology, and public safety, among other areas of focus.

“Leadership North Fulton taught me ways to contribute to my community and leave a lasting impact for others,” said Alex Battle, North Fulton CID. “I’m thankful for the new relationships with my classmates and everyone that made this program possible.”

A major component of the program includes leaving a legacy in the community by completing a team project on behalf of a local nonprofit organization. As their chosen project, the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc. Leadership North Fulton Class of 2021 built and delivered 20 handmade student desks to Hembree Springs Elementary School to aid in virtual learning.
