The Northern Extension of Westside Parkway was the final phase of a 20-year vision for local north-south connectivity adjacent to Georgia 400. The northern section is just north of Westside Parkway’s intersection with Old Milton Parkway, approximately one-half mile west of Georgia Highway 400 in Alpharetta. The full connection creates a parkway for local motorists that spans across three cities, opening access to multiple business, office parks and city facilities.
Financial Commitment
The North Fulton CID contributed $789,000 to this $4.85 million project. The Georgia Department of Transportation funded $1.5 million, and the City of Alpharetta funded $2,561,000.
